Fullsend Fest ("Fullsend Fest", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly.

Fullsend Fest is a sports and music festival held in Whanganui, New Zealand.

  • Processing Festival Pass purchases and registrations

  • Processing Sport Pass and team registrations

  • Managing sporting competitions and fixtures

  • Confirming participant eligibility

  • Communicating important Festival information

  • Contacting teams, participants, volunteers or ticket holders about changes to the Festival

  • Managing event entry and attendance

  • Organising volunteers and Festival operations

  • Managing safety, security and emergency situations

  • Providing customer support and responding to enquiries

  • Processing purchases and transactions

  • Managing merchandise orders

  • Improving the Festival and our services

  • Promoting and marketing Fullsend Fest

7. Ticketing & Payment Information

Festival Passes are sold through Ticketmaster.

Where you purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, information relating to your ticket purchase may be collected and processed by Ticketmaster in accordance with its own privacy statement and terms.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, your payment information may be handled directly by that provider.

Fullsend Fest does not need to receive or retain your full payment card details where the payment is processed securely by a third-party provider.

8. Photography, Video & Media

Fullsend Fest is a public event and photographs, video and other recordings may be taken throughout the Festival.

By attending or participating in Fullsend Fest, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video footage or other recordings captured by Fullsend Fest or its authorised photographers, videographers or media partners.

We may use this material for purposes including:

  • Promoting Fullsend Fest

  • Social media

  • Advertising and marketing

  • Website content

  • Festival recaps and highlights

  • Editorial or media coverage

  • Future promotional material

  • Archival purposes

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notices at relevant event areas where photography or filming is taking place.

A team organiser, parent, guardian, employer, organisation or another person may sometimes provide personal information to Fullsend Fest about another individual.

For example, a team organiser may provide the names and registration information of players on their team.

Where we collect personal information indirectly, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the person concerned is made aware of the collection, the purpose for which the information is collected, who may receive it, and their rights to access and correct the information, unless an exception under the Privacy Act 2020 applies.

17. Overseas Providers

Some of the third-party services used to operate Fullsend Fest may store or process information outside New Zealand.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the disclosure is made in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
